This comprehensive guide will help you reorganize, edit, and download PDF files with ease:
Step 1: Upload Your PDF
- Drag and Drop your PDF file into the blue upload area
- OR click “Browse” to select a file from your computer
- The tool will process your PDF and display it in the viewer
Step 2: Navigate and View
- Main Viewer shows the currently selected page in large format
- Page Organizer panel displays thumbnails of all pages
- Use these controls:
- Zoom In/Out: Adjust viewing scale (25%-300%)
- Click any thumbnail to view that page in the main viewer
Step 3: Reorganize Pages
- Drag and Drop thumbnails in the Page Organizer to rearrange them
- The tool shows a live preview of your new page order
- Reset Order button returns pages to their original sequence
Step 4: Select Pages (Optional)
- Check the boxes below thumbnails to select specific pages
- Useful when you only want to download certain pages
Step 5: Download Options
- Click “Download PDF” to reveal download settings
- Choose your preferred method:
- Download All Pages: Entire PDF with your new page order
- Download Selected Pages Only: Only pages you’ve checked
- Adjust quality settings:
- High Quality: Best resolution (larger file)
- Medium Quality: Balanced quality/size
- Low Quality: Smaller file size
- Preserve Text Layer: Maintains selectable text (when possible)
- Click your chosen download button
- The tool processes your PDF and automatically downloads it

- Thumbnail Navigation: Click any thumbnail to jump to that page
- Real-time Preview: See page changes immediately
- Progress Tracking: Shows percentage complete during processing
- Error Handling: Clear messages if something goes wrong
